|Recommended: YesGreat place to live! — It is a great place to live. The staff are all awesome! The neighbors, not so much, but one can never choose their neighbors regardless of where they live.
|Recommended: YesQuiet, friendly, and well kept. — We just moved here after spending 20+ years in a large house in the country. We downsized and sold due to future retirement plans, and the kids are grown. The change was easier than expected. Mainly due to the staff here, the well kept grounds, and the comfortable apartment. The complex is quiet, and the neighbors all seem friendly and respectable. Especially like the conveniences like curbside trash pickup, and the fitness facility.
|Recommended: YesI love living here! Its wonderful. — Chappell Creek has a wonderful community feel with all of the convenience of living in an apartment. Also, everything is very well maintain and the staff is always working toward improving the complex, including improving the fitness center and website. Additionally, all of my requests for maintenance are always answered very quickly.
