COVID-19
Dear Residents,

The safety of our residents and staff is of upmost importance.  As the status of COVID-19 continues to evolve, we are taking multiple safety precautions to assist with containment and limit risk of exposure. These steps are necessary to encourage social distancing, as recommended by the CDC, and protect both residents and our staff.

Effective immediately, our fitness center, pool and any other non-essential amenities will be closed until further notice. We have also discontinued resident group activities and any service of foods/snacks in our office.

While our leasing office will remain open for the time being, we ask that communication be done via phone or email.  We encourage the use of our online portal which allows you to make rent payments and contact the staff.

In an effort to protect you and our maintenance staff, we ask that service requests be limited to urgent issues.  However, all requests will be reviewed.  Residents will be asked to verify they are not experiencing flu-like symptoms, running a fever in the last 72 hours, or traveled out of the country in the last 30 days before entering an apartment. If you are ill and have a non-emergency maintenance request, please understand we will not be able to complete your request until you let management know that everyone in the household has been symptom free for at least fourteen days.

Effective immediately, the only packages we will be accepting at the office will be United States Postal Service.  We will have the other carriers deliver directly to your door.

Some key points to remember:

• If you are sick, stay at home.
• Emphasize respiratory etiquette and hand hygiene (i.e. cover nose and mouth when coughing, wash hands regularly with soap and warm water for 20 seconds and use alcohol-based hand sanitizer when soap and water is not available).
• Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a household cleaning spray or wipe.

Again, these steps are being taken in order to protect residents and staff, with our continued efforts to keep our offices open to service the property.  Our management team thanks you for your assistance with these precautionary steps!

Thank you, Your Management Team
